Jeremys' Visit

We were lucky enough to have Jeremy, the girls cousin and our nephew, for a weeks visit. We had a great time while he was here going to the waterpark almost everyday, going to see Wall-E, going to dinner and just hanging out having a good time. It was our last fun thing scheduled before school starts in two weeks.

The girls also helped Josh to make a music video around the house and park. Here are a couple of photos they took while they were doing that.

Albuquerque Trip

We went to Albuquerque this last weekend for my grandmothers memorial service. She passed away on the fourth of July. Although she will be greatly missed, we are all glad that her physical battle is over and we all have the peace that she is happy and healthy spending her time with Jesus! It was a great service with laughs and tears. Several family members spoke about their fond memories of her which was a very personal and fun.

While we were in ABQ we got to spend a little bit of time with Josh's family. Dadgum put on a snail and toad rodeo which is one of the girls favorites. It was really nice to see everyone!

It's a BOY!!!

Well the ultrasound was today and we found out we are having a boy!! We are all excited for our own reasons. Josh, obviously... Jill and Gels, happy that daddy won't be the only boy anymore... and me, well I get to have a little man, what more could I say: ) Also everything looks great!! The doctor said the baby looks healthy, all of his parts are their and the right size. Thanks for all of the prayers!

Visit from Ma'am

We have been lucky enough to have Ma'am in town for a visit. So far it has been a blast!! We have done some shopping, cooking, eating, pedicuring, oh yeah did I mention eating?? We watched 27 dresses and Goose got all dolled up and wore her tiara, I couldn't help but take a picture. We have had the best time so far and we are all super psyched because we get to go for the ultrasound tomorrow and hopefully we will find out if our new addition is a boy or a girl. Yipee : )

Gelsey is a SWIMMER!!!

Gelsey has just learned to swim this week. Here is video of her swimmin across Mike and Karen's pool yesterday : ) YEAH!!

Happy Fourth of July!

Happy Independence Day!! We had a great time! The girls cleaned around the house and put up decorations throughout and even made some homemade decorations for the house. They wore their patriotic outfits which they have been looking forward to. Josh made country ribs on the grill and corn on the cob, yumm-o!! Every year Anthem has a great Fourth of July bash with rides for the munchkins, food, hot air balloon rides and best of all a fabulous fireworks show!! The girls set their stuffed animals up in the window so they would be able to watch the show he he! They love their little animals (my grandchildren). Anyhow, hope everyone had a nice time celebrating!
