Short haired Goosey & Brunette Jill

Gelsey has been asking to get her hair cut since about June. I was skeptical about it at first but she was soo persistent that she finally wore me down. I knew she really wanted to cut it because of how many times she has asked. She cut off about 6-8 inches!!! It looks adorable!

The girls were also having fun this past weekend playing dress up and wearing the wigs they have. Jillian came up with a great way to wear the wig so you couldn't see her blonde hair. She looked really different with long brunette hair. She also experimented a little bit with a hot pink wig too. They had a fun time.

Dancing Girls

The girls were having a blast shaking their little bodies to some Leon Patello. It was pretty funny how fired up they got when they figured out I was video taping them after a while.

Toothless Gelsey

Sorry for taking so long to get this picture up! Gelsey lost her second front tooth about a week ago and she has four teeth that are gone! As punishment for any wrongdoings I have decided to feed her corn on the cob and apples for dinner : ) Of course I am only kidding, but it was pretty funny watching her try to eat corn on the cob the other day, she is really persistent that's for sure! She only has two teeth left to loose and the tooth fairy will be done in this house for years! It is crazy how fast the girls are growing up!! Hope all is well!!

School's back on Baby!!!

School has started again (all the parents shout yipee!!) Jillian is in the 4th grade and Gelsey is in the 2nd grade. They both really like their teachers and are excited for the school year : ) They got new "messenger bags" for school, which apparently is way cooler than a backpack. We are really glad to be getting back on a regular schedule. The summer is always fun but by the end of the summer the girls are bored and are ready to see other kids again. Sorry to all of the teachers out there I know the summer flies by for you. Hope all is well!




P.S. Less than 20 minutes after I posted the pictures of Goosey with her loose tooth the tooth came out. She is really cute and her grown up tooth is really coming in already!

Almost Tooth Fairy Time

Gelsey is soo cute right now!! Both of her two front teeth are loose. One of her teeth is soo loose and her new tooth is starting to push down in such a way that her tooth sticks out forward. It was really hard to get a decent picture of the tooth but here is an attempt. Hope all is well with everyone!! We are all gearing up for the start of school next week : )
